Tim Coomber,
CEO

Tim Coomber has twenty-three years of financial management experience in Japan. This includes senior appointments with Beecham, Schroders, Triumph, Cabouchon and Societe Generale. He is currently serving on the Executive and Finance Committees of the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan and is a Board Member, Trustee and Honorary Treasurer of Yokohama International School. He was also a founder member of the Foreign Enterprises Japan Tax Forum.

Tim began his career in the oil industry with spells with both BP and Amoco before first coming to Japan with Beecham. After returning to UK, he held a European regional management role with Beecham. He later worked as Chief Accountant for an inspection services company in Saudi Arabia and for Arthur Young's financial systems consultancy practice in UK before returning to Japan in 1986.

Tim is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds an MSc in Business Systems Analysis and Design from the City University Business School, London and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies.
